I’m passionate about long-term health — not just adding years to life, but adding strength, capability and confidence to those years.

My approach to Pilates is rooted in natural, functional movement and the belief that our bodies are capable of far more than we often give them credit for. Through focused mat work, I help you build strength, improve balance and feel more confident in your body — so you can move through life with greater ease and control.

I care deeply about wellbeing as a whole. In today’s fast-paced world, learning to slow down and regulate the nervous system is just as important as building physical strength. That’s why breathwork and guided relaxation are an integral part of my classes — giving you tools you can carry into everyday life.

My sessions are welcoming, supportive and suitable for all ages, genders and experience levels. Whether you’re new to Pilates or refining your practice, you’ll be guided with clarity, care and intention.

The Body & Soul Method

Rooted in the core principles of Pilates - breath, control, precision, concentration and flow - my sessions  focus on high-quality mat work that builds real strength from the inside out.

Using your own bodyweight, we develop control, stability and deep muscular endurance - without relying on machines or trends.
